Teylu cottage (Cornish for Family) is a traditional stone built cottage built circa 1880. Whilst it retains much of its original charm the cottage has been extensively refurbished and offers many modern day creature comforts such as double glazing, gas central heating, a well equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom with a large bath and separate shower cubicle.
Located in the sought after and peaceful area of West Looe, Teylu is nestled away out of sight from passing pedestrians but is conveniently located just a couple of minute walk from West Looe quayside, two very well stocked grocery stores and reportedly Cornwall’s oldest pub – The Jolly Sailor.
Teylu has been lovingly refurbished and consists of a cosy through lounge and diner, two bedrooms (a double on the first floor and a twin on the second floor), a comfortable bathroom with separate shower cubicle and well equipped fitted kitchen. To the front of the cottage is a small south facing garden with table and chairs.
